הצהרת נגישות

ב-YK Talent Solutions אנו מאמינים שלכל אדם, ללא תלות במוגבלות, מגיעה גישה שווה למידע ולשירותים המוצעים באתר זה. האתר נבנה ועוצב מתוך התייחסות להוראות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 חלק 1 – העוסק בנגישות תכנים באינטרנט ומאמץ את ההנחיות הבינלאומיות Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 בדרגת התאמה AA.

התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באתר

בעת תכנון ופיתוח האתר בוצעו, בין היתר, ההתאמות הבאות:

• מבנה דף סמנטי וברור: כותרות מדורגות לפי סדר הגיוני, וחלוקה לאזורים מזוהים (ניווט עליון, תוכן מרכזי, כותרת תחתית) הניתנים לזיהוי על ידי תוכנות הקראת מסך.
• קישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי" המופיע בראש כל עמוד ומאפשר דילוג מהיר על תפריט הניווט.
• תמיכה מלאה בניווט במקלדת – לרבות תפריט הניווט, טפסים, אקורדיון השאלות והנפוצות, ומחשבון החיסכון – תוך הקפדה על סדר תיוג (Tab) הגיוני.
• אינדיקציית מיקוד (Focus) ברורה וגלויה לעין על כל רכיב הניתן ללחיצה או למילוי.
• שמירה על יחסי ניגודיות צבעים בין טקסט לרקע בהתאם לדרישות AA, כולל בדיקה של גוונים בהירים על רקעים כהים.
• תיאורי alt לתמונות, ותכונות ARIA (כגון aria-label, aria-expanded, role) לרכיבים גרפיים ואינטראקטיביים מותאמים אישית.
• עיצוב מסתגל (Responsive) הנשמר תקין בכל רוחב מסך וברמות הגדלת טקסט (זום) שונות בדפדפן.
• לחצן ייעודי בראש העמוד המאפשר להשהות את כל האנימציות הרציפות באתר (כגון תנועת ה"חבילות" בלוח הבקרה והבהוב סמן הטקסט במחשבון); בנוסף, האתר מזהה ומכבד אוטומטית הגדרת מערכת ה"הפחתת תנועה" (Reduced Motion) במכשיר המשתמש.
• טפסים נגישים: כל שדה מקושר לתווית (label) משלו, שדות חובה מסומנים בבירור – גם חזותית וגם עבור תוכנת הקראה – והודעות שגיאה מועברות באופן נגיש.

תאימות

האתר תוכנן ונבדק לעבודה תקינה עם הדפדפנים העדכניים הנפוצים (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), ועם תוכנות הקראת מסך מקובלות כגון NVDA, JAWS ו-VoiceOver.

מגבלות ידועות

חלק מהאלמנטים העיצוביים באתר – כגון לוח הבקרה החזותי בעמוד הראשי והאנימציות שבו – הם בעיקרם רכיבים תומכים-להמחשה, וכל המידע המהותי המוצג בהם (כגון אחוזי שיפור וחיסכון) חזור גם כטקסט רגיל בעמוד. אם נתקלתם ברכיב, בעמוד או בתוכן שאינו נגיש כראוי, נשמח שתפנו אלינו בפרטים שלהלן, ונפעל לבחון ולתקן את הבעיה בהקדם האפשרי.

YK Talent Solutions is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. This website has been designed and developed with reference to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Part 1) and the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Accessibility features

• Semantic page structure with a logical heading hierarchy and clearly identified navigation, main content and footer regions.
• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• Full keyboard support for navigation, forms, the FAQ accordion and the savings calculator, with a logical tab order.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Text-to-background colour contrast meeting WCAG AA ratios, including light text on dark backgrounds.
• Alt text for images and ARIA attributes (such as aria-label, aria-expanded, role) for custom graphical and interactive components.
• A responsive layout that adapts to all screen sizes and browser zoom levels without loss of content or functionality.
• A “pause animations” control in the page header that stops continuously-moving or blinking elements (such as the pipeline dashboard and console cursor); the site also automatically respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
• Accessible forms: every field has its own linked label, required fields are clearly marked both visually and for assistive technology, and error messages are conveyed accessibly.

Compatibility

The site has been built and tested for current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).

Known limitations

Some visual elements – such as the animated dashboard on the homepage – are primarily illustrative; the substantive information they convey (improvement and savings figures) is also available as plain text nearby.
